    These Terms & Conditions and Terms of Sale govern the use of the CEDRUS\u00b2 online store and the purchase of products through it.<\/p>\n

    By completing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\n

      CEDRUS\u00b2 offers olive oil and related products through its online store.<\/p>\n

      All product information, including descriptions, characteristics, photographs and prices, is provided with the aim of offering customers the most accurate and complete information possible.<\/p>\n

      Due to the natural origin of our products, particularly olive oil, natural variations may occur between different production batches. These variations do not affect the quality, safety or suitability of the product.<\/p>\n

      1. Products and Availability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Products are available according to the stock information displayed in the online store.<\/p>\n

        CEDRUS\u00b2 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product availability information is accurate and updated.<\/p>\n

        If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, CEDRUS\u00b2 will inform the customer as soon as possible and will agree on one of the following solutions:<\/p>\n

                        Orders to Germany and most European Union countries are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.<\/p>\n

                        Orders within Greece are shipped from Greece.<\/p>\n

                        Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the selected transport provider.<\/p>\n

                              CEDRUS\u00b2 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all information provided through the online store is accurate, complete and up to date.<\/p>\n
