CEDRUS² Extra Virgin Olive Oil originates from our own olive trees in Poulithra, Arcadia, on the Peloponnese.
This olive oil from our harvest of November 2025 has been cold extracted by exclusively using mechanical methods, preserving its natural aromas and exceptional quality.
From careful planning throughout the summer to pressing the olives on the very same day, every harvest is carried out with experience, patience, and genuine craftsmanship.
