At CEDRUS², we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.
If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation.
- Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date on which they receive their order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify CEDRUS² by email:

within the above-mentioned period.
- Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- remain sealed and unopened,
- be unused,
- be in its original condition,
- include all original labels and packaging.
Due to food safety requirements and the need to preserve product quality, opened or used products cannot be accepted for return.
- Return Procedure

The customer is responsible for:
- safely packaging the returned product,
- arranging the return shipment,
- covering the return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information.
- Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, CEDRUS² will proceed with the refund process.
Refunds apply to the value of the returned product only.
Original shipping costs are not refundable, as the transport service has already been provided, unless otherwise required by applicable law or where the shipment was made due to an error by CEDRUS².
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The time required for the refund to appear may depend on the customer’s payment provider or banking institution.
- Order Cancellation
If an order has not yet been shipped, customers may request cancellation by contacting us via email:

CEDRUS² will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the request, provided that the shipping process has not already started.
After shipment, the Returns & Right of Withdrawal procedure applies.
- Exceptions
Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- products that have been opened or used,
- return requests submitted after the 14-day withdrawal period,
- products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.
We will review the matter and provide appropriate assistance.
