These Terms & Conditions and Terms of Sale govern the use of the CEDRUS² online store and the purchase of products through it.
By completing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
- Scope
CEDRUS² offers olive oil and related products through its online store.
All product information, including descriptions, characteristics, photographs and prices, is provided with the aim of offering customers the most accurate and complete information possible.
Due to the natural origin of our products, particularly olive oil, natural variations may occur between different production batches. These variations do not affect the quality, safety or suitability of the product.
- Products and Availability
Products are available according to the stock information displayed in the online store.
CEDRUS² makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product availability information is accurate and updated.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, CEDRUS² will inform the customer as soon as possible and will agree on one of the following solutions:
- replacement with another available product,
- waiting until new stock becomes available,
- refund of any amount already paid.
- Ordering Process and Contract Formation
Customers may place orders through the online store by following the purchasing process provided.
Before completing an order, customers have the opportunity to review and correct any information entered.
By submitting an order, the customer:
- confirms that the information provided is accurate,
- accepts these Terms & Conditions,
- agrees to pay the amount corresponding to the order.
Receipt of an order by CEDRUS² does not automatically constitute acceptance of the order.
The purchase agreement is concluded when CEDRUS² sends confirmation that the order has been accepted.
CEDRUS² reserves the right not to accept or to cancel an order in cases including:
- product unavailability,
- technical errors,
- obvious errors in price or product description,
- inability to complete the transaction.
- Prices and Taxes
Product prices are displayed in the online store and include applicable taxes according to current legislation.
Shipping costs are displayed separately before completion of the order.
CEDRUS² reserves the right to modify product prices. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is made through the available payment methods displayed in the online store.

Payment details are processed through secure payment systems.
CEDRUS² does not store or have access to customers’ credit or debit card details.

Deliveries are carried out according to the Shipping Policy of the CEDRUS² online store.
Orders to Germany and most European Union countries are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
Orders within Greece are shipped from Greece.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the selected transport provider.
- Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase in accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation.

For food safety reasons and to ensure product quality, opened or used products cannot be accepted for return, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

CEDRUS² makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all information provided through the online store is accurate, complete and up to date.
The company shall not be liable for temporary inability to access the online store, delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
In particular, CEDRUS² shall not be responsible for:
- delays caused by transport providers,

- incorrect delivery information provided by the customer,
- technical issues caused by third-party service providers.
CEDRUS² remains responsible for the quality, safety and legal compliance of its products in accordance with applicable food safety and consumer protection legislation.

- designs,
- trademarks,
is the intellectual property of Centrus2 Limited Partnership or is legally used by the company.
Any reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use of any content without prior written permission from the company is prohibited.

The processing of customers’ personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable legislation.

- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and Terms of Sale are governed by Greek and European law, while respecting mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith communication between the customer and CEDRUS² in an effort to reach an amicable solution.
If an agreement cannot be reached, the applicable rules regarding jurisdiction provided by European and national legislation shall apply.
